Chris has been a part of the animation world for over 15 years, taking his skills to various studios around the globe. Working on large projects like Sausage Party and The LEGO Movie 2 – Chris has seen the ins and outs of the film and animation industry.
Always thinking “how can we do this better?” Chris left his job at a major studio to kick off Twisted Mountain Animation full time in late 2017 – on a mission to create a better way to develop, deliver, and support 3D Rigs and Remote Pipeline to studios of all sizes.
Navin’s career in the animation industry has taken a unique path. It began with Navin working as an animator back in 2005. After a few years, he realized he had a passion for business development and really understanding how companies tick. It was at this point he decided to transition into the world of accounting. He has since worked with many companies over the years in finance, operations, and strategic development.
In 2020, Navin’s career came full circle when he crossed paths with Twisted Mountain Animation, where he now brings his experience back to the industry as CFO. – “it’s a very exciting time for TMA and I’m so glad to be a part of it”.

Dean Sas is an entrepreneur, builder, and leader with a passion for leveraging technology to deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes. He has 20+ years of experience across different facets of the healthcare industry, ranging from start-ups, technology commercialization, strategy, business development, finance, and R&D.
Currently the Founder & CEO of 584B Venture Services, Dean provides executive & leadership consulting services to support innovative companies specializing in digital health, medical devices, diagnostics, connected care, therapeutics, technology, software, and animation. He holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Waterloo. Dean lives in Waterloo, Ontario with his wife, 2 children, and pet betta fish.
Pradeep brings over 30 years of industry experience leading technology and operations teams and strategies. Pradeep has led strategic teams and initiatives across the fields of medical research and statistical analysis, online multimedia and games development, financial and professional services consulting, fundraising and charitable giving, and higher education operations management. Pradeep also served as the Head of Technology for the Emmy and Gemini award-winning studio, 9 Story Entertainment, a key player in the development and automation of production pipelines for properties such as Peep and the Big Wide World, Max & Ruby, If the World Were a Village, Skyland, Futz! and Best Ed. Pradeep currently serves as the CIO and Privacy Officer at TRIUMF Inc., Canada's Particle Accelerator Centre. As an Advisory Board Member for Twisted Mountain Animation, Pradeep serves to counsel and provide guidance to the senior leadership team in developing the depth of their technical and operations strategy.
Chris Ambrozic’s career has comprised the intersection of multiple disciplines including Product Management, Data Science, Business Development, and Enterprise Software Sales across a number of industries including media tech, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and semiconductors. Over the course of his 20+ year career, Chris has developed and deployed software applications that scale in both B2B and B2C environments. Chris currently serves as VP and GM of Xperi’s TiVo Discovery business. Chris attended the University of Waterloo where he received his Honours Bachelor of Science in Chemistry degree.
