This license grants you the non-exclusive right to use this product on a royalty-free basis for personal or educational use only. Feel free to use this product as long as you don't violate any of the following:

Don't use our assets for any defamatory, harassing, pornographic, obscene, or racist purpose, or to infringe any party’s Intellectual Property rights - let's be good people! You may not use our assets to promote alcoholic beverages, tobacco, gambling, weapons and explosives or unlawful activities.

Please don't share our assets directly. Feel free to send your friends to www.TwistedMountainAnimation.com to download assets for free and ensure they are getting the latest version.

Please don't credit yourself as the creator or copyright holder of our assets. Editing our assets does not make them yours and are still the Intellectual Property of TMA. Although not required, we'd appreciate crediting Twisted Mountain Animation for all our hard work! These assets are owned by Twisted Mountain Animation Incorporated (the Licensor), and this license confers no title or rights in the assets beyond those expressly set forth in this agreement.

We think these assets are great, but if you find something that requires upgrading please let us know and we'll do our best to get it done! The assets are provided on an "as is", "as available" and "with all faults" basis.  The Licensor makes no representations, warranties, conditions or guarantees as to the usefulness, quality, or suitability for a particular purpose of the assets.

Liability:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Licensor from any and all liabilities, claims or expenses (including legal fees), loss or damages whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary or consequential arising from your use, misuse or provision of the assets.
